Ali is a passionate data scientist with an educational background in Engineering and Economics. He has more than 9 years of work experience in various IT roles. He started his career as a Support Engineer at Vodafone Turkey and then moved to Aviva Turkey to become a Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Developer. Finally, he returned to telecom industry as a Technical Account Manager/Consultant at Amdocs Turkey. He acquired domain knowledge in telecom and insurance industries as well as developed technical skills in ETL development, analytical reporting, dashboards, SQL etc. As a life-long learner, after he moved to New York in March 2019, he decided to take the opportunity to join New York CIty Data Science Academy to take his analytical skills one step further. He enjoys watching soccer games and going to gym.
