Daniel got a Ph. D. in Electronic Engineering (Wireless Communication Systems) from Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea.
Since 2002, He has served as a wireless communication system design engineer for Samsung Electronics, where he has been recognized for developing highly efficient algorithms helping to build a multi-billion dollar profit for globally recognized wireless communication products such as Galaxy S and Note Smartphone series. His extensive experience includes data analysis, random signal processing, algorithm design & optimization, and all levels of testing, including performance, functional, integration, system, and regression.
Now he is a data scientist combines signal processing and data science based on hands-on experiences in wireless communication system, substantial data handling and processing. He focuses on implementing efficient algorithms, running simulations, and performing statistical inference. He routinely uses machine learning techniques and digital signal processing in comprehensive data analytics.
