Glut1 KO Genotype Classifier
Hi I'm Hank! I'm a research assistant in the Pulmonary Department at Weill Cornell Medicine and recently, I had the opportunity to take Jon Krohn's Deep Learning course at NYCDSA. Having little background in coding and data science (in fact I printed my first 'hello world' a year ago), I thought I would be unable to contribute much in the course. However, by focusing on one subject, machine vision in my case, I was able to complete a small project using convolutional neural networks to create an image classifier!
