Ablat Tursun received his Ph.D. in molecular cellular biology, where he studied a huge protein complex as it relates to Parkinson’s disease and neurodegeneration. At Southwest National Primate Research Center, his postdoctoral research focused on effects of maternal nutrition during pregnancy on fetal development. At 62nd annual meeting of Society for Reproductive Investigation, his work was recognized with Pfizer President’s Presenter Award. He speaks five different languages and received world-class training in management consulting at Boston Consulting Group. He and his team was one of the five finalists in Tufts New England Case Competition. He received Maguire Ethics and Public Responsibility Award for his work with a nationwide nonprofit organization. He is interested in combining his advanced problem solving skills with machine learning algorithms to help businesses make better decisions.
