Amy Tzu-Yu Chen is a recent college graduate who earned her BS in Statistics with minors in German, Japanese, and Urban/Regional Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). As a statistician, she is deeply passionate about answering questions using statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and critical thinking. During her studies at UCLA, she conducted various research projects using statistical analysis in Urban Studies, particularly in the field of transportation. Amy also has experience in product development for footwear companies such as Crocs and People Footwear. She recently moved from Los Angeles to New York City to strengthen her Data Sciences by attending the NYC Data Science Academy bootcamp. Her recent projects involved using unsupervised clustering algorithm to determine values of over 4000 products in Starbucks secondary market.
