Stevens career spans the fields of software development, financial analysis and management in a variety of companies. Most recently, he has been an adviser to a number of startups helping them go from conception, to the identification of technologies, and finally to a concrete start-up plan. He himself founded “Gray Box Software”, a patented product that helped users create, review and audit complex spreadsheets. The growth of startups moving towards data analysis and aggregation, led Steven to his current pursuit of data science skills, including R, Python and an expertise in machine learning algorithms. He has an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and a BS in Computer Science from Union College.
