I'm a certified data scientist with 4+ years of experience using machine learning and data analysis. In addition to taking numerous statistics courses, I taught discussions in hypothesis testing, linear regression, and statistical tests at UC Davis for 7 quarters, becoming well familiar with standard statistical techniques. I have also built a strong foundation in math, economics, and business through my university studies, and I'm looking forward to using this background to solve key challenges. For the past few years, I've been coding daily, taught coding in Java, JavaScript, and Python, as well as started a machine learning club at a high school. I'm deeply interested in solving problems with code and constantly developing as a coder. I'm also deeply interested in helping others succeed, gaining experience in communication and leading teams while working at high schools and colleges. I've also been studying and applying machine learning with great intensity over the past few years, completing two Coursera certifications (Stanford's Machine Learning and Deep Learning), diving deep into fastai (getting a Deep Learning with fastai certificate), and finally, finishing New York City Data Science Academy's boot camp with strong projects. I'm looking forward to tackling my next challenge and working with driven, motivated people!
